GFP-expressing cell lines
We offer three enhanced-GFP-expressing mammary carcinoma cell lines established after stable transfection. The expression vector pEGFP-N1 from Clontech was lipo-transfected into MCF-7, MDA-MB-435 and MT-1 cells and positive clones selected by G418 treatment.
GFP-expression can be easily monitored by fluorescence microscopy as shown in Fig. 1a
